This proposal ensures that every road is protected and low traffic apart from the top of Elmbourne road and Hillbury road which now seems designated rat runs for the northbound traffic from Dr Johnson Avenue. How is this possible when the prior scheme acknowledged that making these roads low traffic was a priority and when Hillbury road is currently no entry save for access from Dr Johnson Avenue between the hours of 9am and midnight and no entry at all between midnight and 2am (although not enforced)? Consultation has been selective and political only and data will show a serious negative impact on these roads. Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
